Along the way, he continues building lifelong friendships with clients and colleagues alike. KELLY GOODWIN METCALF

With 30 years of experience as a CFO for local governments, Kelly was an avid user of ADG software, witnessing its transformative impact firsthand. Even before joining the Sales team, she was already a passionate advocate for ADG, sharing its benefits with other municipalities. Today, Kelly helps organizational leaders streamline their workloads through seamless ADG software integration. Outside the office, Kelly embraces the great outdoors—whether she’s fishing, paddleboarding, or spending time with her playful Labradors.

Stephanie joined ADG in 2011 after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, beginning her career in Sales. Her knack for building relationships and her comprehensive understanding of ADG software soon led her to the Customer Success team, where she found her passion for helping customers navigate and implement solutions. Over the years, Stephanie’s dedication and leadership skills propelled her to become the Customer Success Manager, where she now leads the team in delivering outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a mom to two young children, Stephanie knows the value of clear, efficient solutions. On weekends, she enjoys quality time with family and friends.
